How does the free trial work?

Create an account and use Suite Thang for 14 days without entering a credit card. Add billing only if you decide to continue after the trial.

What counts as a location?

A location is a salon suite property you manage in Suite Thang. Pricing is based on the number of active locations in your account, not the number of suites.

Do the volume rates remove product features?

No. The published bands change the per-location rate, not the core workspace. The same product areas are listed for every portfolio size.

Is payment processing included in the subscription price?

Suite Thang can connect to Stripe for supported online payment flows. Stripe processing fees and availability are separate from the Suite Thang subscription.
